Reserved Parking Spaces
Parking spaces may be assigned to employees who have official University duties that require constant travel to meetings and other events off campus during the regular business day. Applications for reserved parking spaces must describe the nature of the employee's assignment that makes a reserved space necessary and must be approved by the employee's dean or department head.
Spaces are reserved only from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The materials required for making an application for a reserved parking space are available in departments or can be downloaded here (.pdf file). The decision to reserve a space for an applicant rests with the Director of Public Safety.
Parking rules and regulations can be found here.
Carpool Reserved Parking Spaces
A carpool is defined as a group of three or more people who ride to the UO campus area together. At least two people in the carpool must be faculty, staff or students. A mixed carpool of faculty, staff and students shall be assigned the appropriate permit based upon the majority in the carpool. Applications are available online (.pdf file) or from the Department of Public Safety.
A carpool interested in obtaining a reserved parking space should so indicate on the application (.pdf file), and a space may be allotted for an additional fee. Carpool Reserved Parking Spaces will be reserved from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Spaces are reserved only from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
